GovOne buys e-gov company Frank Solutions
GovOne Solutions LP has acquired Frank Solutions Inc., a provider of e-government software and applications to state and local governments.
Englewood, Colo.-based GovOne Solutions LP has acquired Frank Solutions Inc., a provider of e-government software and applications to state and local governments, GovOne Solutions announced today.
Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Frank Solutions will operate as a unit of GovConnect, a GovOne Solutions subsidiary that specializes in digital service delivery solutions and payment processing for government agencies.
Frank Solutions, also of Englewood, provides software for interactive voice response and recognition, computer telephony, interactive Web response and e-commerce for the government and other marketplaces.
"The addition of Frank Solutions complements our in-depth capabilities in government technology services, consulting and payment processing while adding a new dimension of expertise," said Paul Doty, president of GovConnect. Frank Solutions' products and expertise will expand GovConnect's offerings to state and local governments, he said.
Bruce Frank, president, and Greg Trainor, senior vice president of sales and marketing for Frank Solutions will join GovOne Solutions, along with their 46 employees. Both men founded Frank Solutions.
GovOne Solutions is an operating unit of eOne Global LP, itself part of First Data Corp. of Greenwood Village, Colo.
