Deloitte Consulting of New York and THINQ Learning Solutions Inc. of Baltimore are leading a consortium that won a three-year, $3.31 million contract for an enterprisewide e-learning system from the Australian Department of Defence.

EFJ Inc., Lincoln, Neb., won two contracts worth a total of $1 million to supply digital land mobile radios. One contract is with the city of Palm Beach, Fla., for $485,000, and the other is with the Agriculture Department for $580,000.

IBM Corp., Armonk, N.Y., won a $540,000 contract to provide a digital video system for the police department in Yakima, Wash.

Madison Research Corp., Huntsville, Ala., won a $14 million contract to support the Air Armament Center at Eglin Air Force Base, Fla.

Northrop Grumman Corp., Los Angeles, won a $25 million, three-year contract to support the U.S. Transportation Command with tools to reduce costs and better manage the Defense Transportation System through the Agile Transportation for the 21st Century contract.

Qwest Communications International Inc., Denver, won a two-year, multimillion-dollar contract to provide network services to the University of Texas System Office of Telecommunication Services.

Raytheon Co., Lexington, Mass., won two contracts potentially worth $610 million. The company won a $500 million contract from NASA to provide information support services for the Earth Observing System Data and Information System and a $111 million contract from the Army to provide aircraft sensors.

SRA International Inc., Fairfax, Va., won an $8.5 million contract for services and support of the Federal Acquisition Institute.

Veridian Corp. of Arlington, Va., won a five-year, $55.8 million contract from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to continue providing information technology support services to the commission.
