CACI closes Premier deal

CACI International Inc. has finished its transaction to buy Premier Technology Group Inc. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The transaction, which was announced in April, is anticipated to be accretive to CACI's fiscal year ending June 30, and the full 2004 fiscal year, the company said. PTG had 2002 revenue of $43.4 million.

PTG of Fairfax, Va., offers solutions to the defense and intelligence communities for analysis and security services, information technology, training, program management and logistics. Most of the company's 360 employees have high-level security clearances.

The acquisition expands CACI's presence in the intelligence and military operations communities and brings new clients, said J.P. London, CACI chief executive officer and president.
