Kampf new chairman of industry group

Joseph Kampf, president and CEO of Anteon International Corp., has been elected chairman of the Professional Services Council.<br>

Joseph Kampf, president and chief executive officer of Anteon International Corp., has been elected chairman of the Professional Services Council, an industry group.

Kampf succeeds Paul Lombardi, president and CEO of DynCorp, who becomes immediate past chair. The council's board of directors elected Kampf and other officers Dec. 18. Edward Legasey, chief operating officer of SRA International Inc., was named vice chairman.

Rod Mateer, a partner at Deloitte & Touche, was elected treasurer of the Arlington, Va.-based group.

The board also approved the 2003 executive committee comprised of:

  • Herb Anderson, president, Northrop Grumman Information Technology

  • Chick Baboyian, CEO, Vredenburg, Inc.

  • Tony Barclay, CEO, Developmental Alternatives, Inc.

  • Greg Bedner, CEO, Perot Government Services

  • Pam Braden, CEO, Gryphon Technologies

  • Lee Cooper, vice president and general manager, Unisys Federal Systems

  • Stan Gutkowski, managing partner, federal client group, Accenture

  • Roland Harris, general manager, IBM Global Services

  • Jay Killeen, senior vice president, SAIC

  • Patricia Parson, CEO, AmerInd
