Bechara takes sales lead at DSI

Alan Bechara, formerly the president of PCMG, has taken the reins of the sales and marketing teams at DISYS Solutions Inc.

DISYS Solutions Inc. has tapped federal market veteran Alan Bechara to lead the company’s sales and marketing teams.

Bechara was most recently the president of PCMG Inc.

At DSI, Bechara will lead federal, state and local, education and commercial sales as well as lead the marketing department. He’ll hold the title of senior vice president of sales and marketing.

“Alan Bechara comes to us with more than 25 years of experience in the industry and we are proud to have him on our team,” said Atul Bhatia, DSI CEO.

At PCMB, Bechara led efforts that tripled revenue in three years. Previously, he was vice president of Insight Public Sector (formerly Comark). Sales there grew to over $200 million.

“Mr. Bechara has been very successful at developing the vision, direction, and strategies required for leading businesses and creating a positive corporate reputation,” Bhatia said. “I’m confident that his proven track record and relationship building skills will be valuable assets for DSI and its customers.”

DSI is headquartered in Ashburn, Va., and has locations in Denver, Atlanta, Charlotte, N.C., and Dallas. Among its offerings are cloud services, managed security services, value-added reselling, program management, facilities management and training and support. Federal contract include GSA Schedule 70, NASA SEWP V, NIH CIO-CS, and U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Among its technology partners are many of the brand names of the market – Amazon Web Services, Broacade, Cisco, CA, Aruba, IBM, HP, Dell, NetApp, Nutanix and Fujitsu.
