Fiscal 2016's ugly funding picture

Our sister publication, FCW.com, has a good graphic that paints a rather ugly picture for fiscal 2016 funding.

Some of the factoids: No appropriations bills have been signed into law for fiscal 2016.

They also pull in the specter of sequestration, which returns Oct. 1 with $90.4 billion in expect cuts, unless of course Congress acts.

We’re also heading toward a possible shutdown, which would be the 13th since 1980.
