AeroVironment said Tuesday its board of directors has elected a new member in Cindy Lewis, a three-decade veteran of the aerospace-and-defense sector and CEO of Airborn Consolidated Offerings.
Lewis officially joined the board on Monday as another director in Arnold Fishman decided to retire from the panel and not stand for re-election at AeroVironment’s annual stockholder meeting scheduled for Sept. 24.
AirBorn Consolidated Holdings is described as a middle-market, employee-owned company specializing in high-reliability electronics manufacturing. Lewis has led the company as CEO since 1998 and chairperson since 2013
