Defense officials to speak at small business workshop

The Defense Department, Howard University and the Washington, D.C., Chamber of Commerce are hosting a small business workshop Feb. 28.

Government officials will discuss topics such as category management, cybersecurity practices, and the Mentor Protégé Program.

The event is free. Seating is limited and advance registration is required. Visit to register or click here to see the notice.

The workshop will be held at the Howard University School of Business.
