Deep Water Point adds Moran to defense team

Federal market consulting firm Deep Water Point said Tuesday it has hired retired Army Maj. Gen. Dennis Moran to the leadership team focused on the Defense Department.

The 31-year Army veteran will work with Deep Water Point clients on their understanding of challenges, opportunities and evolving priorities across the defense environment.

Prior to Deep Water Point, Moran was a vice president at Harris Corp. and led the military radio maker’s U.S. defense business development function.

His final military assignment was vice director for command, control, communications and computers on the Joint Staff.
