DHS seeks small business for advisory support contract

The Homeland Security Department released a sources sought notice aimed at hiring small businesses for advisory and assistance support.

DHS wants a company to delineate technical and analytical support services to the Product Acquisition and Deployment Directorate program management team and the component acquisition executive.

  • The task areas include:
  • Program execution
  • Financial analysis
  • Budget analysis
  • Cost estimation
  • Logistics planning analysis
  • Plans and scheduling analysis
  • Configuration and data management
  • Requirement control
  • Acquisition workforce policy
  • System engineering support

The contract is for five years beginning in December.

DHS released the notice Oct 6. Responses are due by Oct. 20.
