Red River names new CEO

Red River names new CEO as long-time leader Rick Bolduc shifts his focus to more acquisitions as executive chairman.

Red River has named Jeff Sessions – no relation to the new U.S. attorney general – to be its new CEO, replacing Rick Bolduc, who will remain as executive chairman.

Sessions has been with the company since 2007 when he joined as vice president of sales. He most recently served as company president.

As executive chair, Bolduc will focus on growth through acquisitions, leaving the day-to-day operations and management of organic growth to Sessions.

Bolduc has been with the company since 1997 and has been its only CEO. The company recently acquired Accunet and Bolduc’s goal is to look for more opportunities to add new capabilities and geographies, the company said in a press release.
