Lohfeld Consulting makes promotions, taps new president

Lohfeld Consulting Group has made a number of changes to its senior leadership team.

Beth Wingate is now president and will provide day-to-day leadership of the firm. Founder and CEO Bob Lohfeld will continue serving in the CEO role.

Before joining the firm nine years ago, Wingate served as proposal center director for Lockheed Martin and for Management Systems Designers Inc. She brings more than 25 years of proposal development, management and corporate communications experience to the role. Wingate also served in 2014 as CEO of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP).

In addition to naming Wingate president, the company made three other promotions:

Amy Barden is now chief operating officer. Before joining the company 10 years ago, Barden held positions at the White House, Smithsonian Institution and other associations and non-profits.

Brenda Crist is now vice president, having been with the company for almost nine years. She also served as the 2010 president of the APMP National Capital Area Chapter.

Lisa Pafe is now vice president. Before joining the firm nearly six years ago, Pafe served as vice president at Ace Information Solutions and held other positions at Vision Consulting, GovConnect, and Maximus. Pafe is the 2016/2017 president of the APMP National Capital Area Chapter.
