Trace Systems Inc. has won a $219 million contract to set up a recreational internet café for the Defense Information Systems Agency.

The firm-fixed-price contract supports the Morale, Welfare, and Recreation Internet Café Program, under which Trace Systems will deploy service members for commercial internet connectivity via computer, telephone and other devices, the Defense Department said in a release.

Users will also be able to use social media and conduct personal services like online banking in the café.

Work will be completed in December 2023 with options.
