DLT Solutions appoints new chief technologist for data analytics

DLT Solutions has appointed David Rubal to the position of chief technologist for data analytics.

This position is the first of its kind at the company, DLT Solutions said in a release.

Rubal’s appointment is part of the company’s goal to identify technology gaps in the public sector as the Internet of Things expands and the digitization of government increases, the company said.

Before DLT Solutions, Rubal held senior leadership roles at Oracle, Blue Coat Systems, Tableau Software, EMC and Cisco.

Rubal also is a principal co-author of the 2009 White House Office of Management and Budger report entitled “Planning Guide/Roadmap Toward IPv6 Adoption within the U.S. Government.”
