Scalable Network Technologies wins $13M contract to support Navy modeling software

Scalable Network Technologies has won a single-award $13 million contract to provide technical support, maintenance and enhancement of the Navy’s Joint Network Emulator software.

The Joint Network Emulator is a scalable modeling capability that supports the real-time emulation of large communications networks that compromise current and future force communication devices, the Defense Department said in a release.

Work under the contract will take place in Culver City, Calif., and San Diego, Calif., and is expected to be completed in November 2021.

This cost-reimbursement, task order contract contains no options, the Defense Department said in a release.
