GDIT nabs $154.7M task order to support DIA IT component

General Dynamics Information Technology has won a $154.7 million Enterprise Communications Services 2 task order to support the Defense Intelligence Agency.

General Dynamics Information Technology has won a $154.7 million Enterprise Communications Services 2 task order to support the Defense Intelligence Agency.

Under the contract, GDIT will support the operations and management functions of the Directorate for Information Management and Chief Information Officer, which according to the IT Law Wiki serves as DIA’s information technology component.

The directorate manages the Department of Defense Intelligence Information System and operates the Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications Systems.

The task order was awarded under the DIA’s E-SITE contract.

Three companies bid on this contract, the Defense Department said in a release.
