Booz Allen Hamilton has won a five-year, $268 million task order to provide infrastructure engineering and operation services to support Defense Intelligence Agency.

Under the contract, Booz Allen will be working to ensure the Defense Intelligence Agency and the greater intelligence community are meeting the requirements set under the Enhanced Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise (E-SITE) multiple-award contract, the Defense Department said.

Work is expected to be completed in July 2020.

Five companies bid on this contract, which was contracted out by the Virginia Contracting Activity.

The E-SITE contract, which seeks to obtain wide-range of IT requirements and technical support services for global intelligence and command and control assets, was originally awarded in July 2015 to 25 large businesses and 25 small businesses, but was later hit with protests.
