Accenture subsidiary wins potentially $286M contract to support VA service desk program

ASM Research has won a potentially $286 million contract to support the Veterans Affairs Administration’s National Service Desk.

The contract has a $36.5 million base value.

The National Service Desk, part of the Department’s MyVA strategy for improving employee experience across the enterprise, is meant to provide IT services to those providing care to veterans.

Under the contract, ASM Research will implement self-service solutions to improve client experience and use analytics and dashboards to drive enterprise service quality and management transparency, the company said in a release.
