Abt Associates has named Noel Samuel chief financial officer.

Abt Associates has named Noel Samuel chief financial officer.

Samuel joins the company from immixGroup, where he also served as chief financial officer.

Before immixGroup, Samuel served as chief financial officer for Dell Computer’s public sector services business unit and as senior vice president of Perot Systems Government Systems.
