Crown Point Systems wins $28.8M contract to provide COTS computing solution

Crown Point Systems has won a $28.8 million contract to provide the Navy with a commercial-off-the-shelf computing platform.

Under the contract, Crown Point Systems will provide a next generation commercial-off-the-shelf computing platform that will combine traditional computing and storage resources into a single source, the Defense Department said in a release.

Work will be performed in San Diego and is expected to be completed in May 2021.

The company that was awarded the contract is named Cypher Analytics Inc., but is doing business as Crown Point Systems, the Defense Department said.
