Altamira Technologies Corp. has appointed Peter Kane to be the company’s chief operating officer.

Kane succeeds Wayne Cliburn, who is retiring.
In his new role, Kane will be responsible for all aspects of the company’s contract and program operational execution.
He joined Altamira in October 2010 as the lead of the company’s Air Force Intelligence Account.
