Versar has won a $47.8 million contract extension with the Federal Aviation Administration to continue supporting the FAA’s Security System Design and Integration Program.
The contract was awarded under the FAA’s contract with Johnson Controls Security Systems, which Versar acquired in late 2015, the company said.
Under the contract, Versar will continue to provide physical security design and implementation services and support the migration of physical security systems onto the FAA's IT Enterprise.
