Sirius Computer Solutions picks up security, networking offerings through latest deal

Sirius Computer Solutions has acquired Force 3 in a move that expands Sirius’ security and networking solution offerings in the mid-Atlantic region and federal marketplace.

The deal is expected to close on Mar. 31.

Founded in 1991, Force 3 is a federal engineering and solutions provider focused on security and networking solutions.

The two companies together will provide next-generation network security technology, Force 3 said in a release.

Force 3 will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary and keep its name.

This is the fourth acquisition that Sirius has made in the past 18 months, the company said.

Aronson Capital Partners is serving as financial advisor to Force 3.
