Sotera wins $11.4M contract to support counter insurgency project

Sotera Defense Solutions has won an $11.4 million contract with the Army to support a Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency project.
Under the cost-plus-fixed-fee contract, Sotera will support DARPA’s research and development counter insurgency operations project.
Work will be performed in Arlington, Va., and Austin, Texas, and is expected to be completed in January 2019.
Sotera was the only bidder, the Defense Department said in a release.
