CSRA names new EVP, general counsel

CSRA has appointed William “Jim” Haynes II to the position of executive vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary.

In his new role, Haynes will oversee legal affairs, compliance matters and corporate governance.

Haynes most recently served as executive vice president and general counsel of SIGA Technologies. He has also held positions at Chevron Corp., the Defense Department, Jenner & Block, General Dynamics and the Army.
