Parsons taps new head of federal, makes two other appointments

Parsons has made three top level appointments in order to better align the company to serve its customers.

Gina Trombley is now the executive vice president of the company’s federal business unit, where she will lead global sales and strategy. She was most recently senior vice president and aviation division manager. She joined the company in 2013.

Virginia Grebbien is now chief of staff, a newly created position, where she will report to Chairman and CEO Charles Harrington and oversee marketing and communications, government relations and strategy functions. She was most recently president of the company’s environment and infrastructure group. She joined Parsons in 2008.

Dean Harwood is now executive vice president of operations, where he will manage operations and business support across the global organization. He joined the company in 2001.

Congrats to Gina. She will have to devote some time to detangling the Federal claim on payments under troubled construction projects in Iraq that are as old as 10 years ago. She's up to this, I am sure
