GP Strategies Corp. has won a $29.6 million contract to provide technical and professional support to the Defense Department/Army Chemical Materials Activity Recovered Materiel Directorate.

GP Strategies Corp. has won a $29.6 million contract to provide technical and professional support to the Defense Department/Army Chemical Materials Activity Recovered Materiel Directorate.

The directorate provides centralized management and direction to the Defense Department for the assessment and disposal of recovered chemical weapon material and other chemical disposal missions, the company said in a release.

Under the contract, the company will provide lifecycle logistics services, operations and maintenance, and technical training pertaining to CMA-RCMD missions.
