AAI Corp. has won two contracts totaling $142.5 million to support the Army’s Shadow unmanned aerial vehicle.

The Shadow UAV is used to locate and identify targets within range of a brigade tactical operations center, the Army said on its website.

Under the first contract, worth $110 million, AAI will provide performance-based logistics. Under the second contract, worth $32.5 million, AAI will provide program management services.

Work will be performed in Hunt Valley, Md., and other locations and is expected to be completed in October 2016.

AAI was the only bidder on both contracts.
