CommIT Enterprises nabs $33.8M conract to support Joint Staff J8

CommIT Enterprises has won a $33.8 million contract to support the Navy's Staff J8’s functional capability board.

CommIT Enterprises has won a $33.8 million contract to provide the Navy with support services in support of the Joint Staff J8’s Functional Capability Board’s needs.

The J-8 provides resource and force structure analysis and advice to the chairman and Joint Chiefs of Staff, according to the Joint Chiefs website.

Under the contract, CommIT Enterprises will provide support services in the areas of planning, analysis, monitoring, evaluation, assessment and documentation of programs, the Defense Department said in a release.

Work will be performed in Arlington, Va., and is expected to be completed September 2020.
