Northrop Grumman has won a $13.6 million contract modification to provide information technology to the Army.

Northrop Grumman has won a $13.6 million contract modification to provide information technology to the Army.

Work under the contract supports the Army Regional Cyber Center-Europe, 5th Signal Command (Theater).

The mission of the command is to build, operate, defend and extend network capabilities to enable mission command and create tactical, operational and strategic flexibility for Army, Joint and multi-national forces in the EUCOM and AFRICOM areas of responsibility, according to its website.

Work will be performed at Fullerton, Calif., and is expected to be completed by May 17, 2018.
