SAIC tapped for $105M contract for logistics services

Science Applications International Corp. has won a $105 million contract to provide the Defense Logistics Agency with tailored logistics support for maintenance, repair and operations requirements.

The contract is part of the MRO TLS program, which allows its customers to order supplies and equipment in order to fulfill their missions, SAIC said in a release.

Under the contract, SAIC will employ commercial business practices to reduce total MRO logistics costs to Defense Logistics Agency and its customers.
