NJVC revamps its leadership team

NJVC has reorganized its management team by appointing a new president, chief operating officer and senior vice president of business development as it tries to position itself for more success.

NJVC has reorganized its management team by appointing a new president, chief operating officer and senior vice president of business development in order to better position the company for success.

Chris Andersen, formerly executive vice president and chief financial officer, has been appointed president. In his new role of president, Andersen will develop and drive the corporate strategic plan while providing direction to ensure the company meets its goals. Before joining NJVC, Anderson spent more than two decades working at SAIC and BearingPoint.

Michael Carr, formerly chief technology officer, will now serve as chief operating officer. In his new role, Carr will be responsible for all day-to-day operations. He joined the company in 2011 after spending 32 years working at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency.

Jeff Bongianino, formerly general manager, IT services, will now serve as senior vice president, business development. In his new role, Bongianino will be responsible for business development and sales activities of the company. Before joining the company in 2011, he spent 25 years at BAE Systems.
