CACI wins $46M contract to support Army PEO EIS

CACI International has won a $46 million contract to continue providing software engineering support for the Army’s Program Executive Officer Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS).

The PEO EIS develops, acquires, integrates and deploys information technology systems around the world to support Army and Defense Department-wide communications, logistics, medical, finance, personnel, biometrics, training and procurement operations, CACI said in a release.

Under the contract, the company will provide software development and systems automation to improve Army business processes for documenting and authorizing personnel and equipment requirements.

The company will also deliver cybersecurity and systems support to help secure and maintain the IT infrastructure on which this software runs, CACI said.
