Vencore finds new CFO

Vencore has named Jennifer Felix senior vice president and chief financial officer, effective July 20, 2015.

In her new role, Felix will be responsible for all aspects of Vencore’s financial transactions and functions, including accounting, compliance, tax, treasury, reporting, planning and analysis.

Felix joins the company from Sotera Defense Solutions, where she served as the company’s chief financial officer for almost three years. Before Sotera, she held a number of positions at General Dynamics, Vangent, Deltek, and American Management Systems.

Felix holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Maryland in College Park, Md.
