Neustar appoints new SVP, Information Services

Neustar has named Brian Foster senior vice president of the company’s Information Services business.

In his new role, Foster will be responsible for the company’s information services product strategy and execution as the company continues its transformation into a leading information services company.

Foster joins Neustar from Damballa, where he served as chief technology officer. He has also held positions at McAfee.
