DCCA wins $12M contract to create cloud-based solution for CMS data collection system

Data Computer Corp. of America (DCCA) has won a $12 million Centers for Medicare and Medicaid contract to develop a new cloud-based solution for the agency’s fee for service data collection system.

Under the contract, DCCA will create a cloud-based data input tool and database for drug manufacturers and clinical laboratories to report market data about their products quickly and accurately, the company said in a release.

The system will also improve data reporting compliance, improve data quality and reduce the risk to systems that use the output from this process, the company said.
