Vistronix taps new board member

Vistronix has added Peter Marino to its board of directors, where he will lend insight to help the company leverage its cyber and big data analytics capabilities as it expands further into the intelligence community.

Marino’s appointment comes after a busy few years for the company, making six acquisitions in the last three years.

Marino has held a number of positions in both government and the private sector, including stints at the CIA, Lockheed Electronics, Fairfield Industries, E-Systems Inc. and Morgan Stanley. He also serves on a number of other boards.

Marino holds a bachelor’s degree in physics from Rollins College and a master’s degree from Pennsylvania State University.
