ViON Corp. taps new VP of public sector strategy

ViON Corp. has named Tony Encinias vice president for public sector strategy.

In his new role, Encinias will head up ViON’s ambitious efforts to design and implement enterprise-class IT solutions for governments and commercial customers.

He joins ViON Corp. after being chief information officer for the commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Before that, he worked with the commonwealth as chief technology officer.
