CACI International has acquired LTC Engineering in a move that expands CACI’s C4ISR capabilities in the intelligence and cyber markets.
Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Florida-based LTC Engineering provides technical engineering solutions and services to its intelligence and defense customers in the areas of software engineering, cybersecurity, signals intelligence, communications intelligence and digital signals processing, CACI said in a release.
The company is comprised of around 50 employees. LTC reported $16 million in 2014 revenue.
“The LTC transaction is a perfect follow-on and synergistic to our Six3 acquisition in November 2013, adding innovative and complementary security and communications capabilities to counter global threats and meet our nation's evolving needs in national security,” said CACI president and CEO Ken Asbury.
