URS wins $6.6M Navy program management contract

URS Federal Services has won a $6.6 million sole source contract to provide program management services to the Navy.

URS Federal Services has won a $6.6 million sole source contract to provide program management services to the Navy.

Under the contract, URS will be supporting the Broad Area Maritime Surveillance-Demonstrator Program Office. The Office’s mission is to utilize the RQ-4A long-endurance unmanned aerial vehicle, the Navy said on its website.

Work will be performed in Germantown, Md., and is slated to wrap up in March 2016.
