Engility to support Army modernization program under $10.5M contract

Engility has won a $10.5 million time and material contract to provide a range of support to the Army.

Under the contract, Engility will be supporting the Logistics Modernization Program by providing management, administrative, financial, technical and business transformation support.

The Logistics Modernization Program is a fully integrated supply chain, maintenance, repair and overhaul planning and execution solutions program, according to the Army’s website.

The program replaces 35 year old legacy systems and is used by a number of Army commands as well as by the Defense Department.

Engility was the only bidder on this contract, the Defense Department said in a release.
