Constellation West taps new director of BD

Constellation West has named Kelly Goggin director of business development, where she will provide business development support and contract execution for customers in the federal sector and other markets.

Goggin will also be responsible for strategic planning, business capture, proposal support, program management and pipeline development, the company said in a release.

She has 26 years of U.S. Air Force and operational military experience, and was most recently the senior director of legislative liaison for the U.S. Cyber Command. She has also held a number of senior management roles in the Air Force.

Goggin holds a bachelor’s degree in physics from Central Washington University, a master’s in aeronautical science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a master’s in military science from the Air Command and Staff College.
