Four promoted from within at Ambit Group

The Ambit Group has made four internal promotions as part of its overall strategy to change the way government services are delivered.

Rick Kerestesy has been named senior vice president, where he will be responsible for overseeing programs in support of the Justice Department, NOAA and NASA.

Brian Bearden has been named vice president, where he will oversee programs that support the Education Department and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Brenda Blackman has been named vice president, where she will be responsible for FCC programs.

Malaika Simmins has been named associate vice president, where she will be responsible for programs related to the Veterans Affairs Department.

The company’s growth has allowed it to make these internal promotions, said Ambit CEO and co-founder Kim Hayes in a release.
