The Aerospace Corp. makes two leadership changes

The Aerospace Corp. has made two leadership changes to deliver what it says will be better value to its customers.

Current vice president of Strategic Space Operations Catherine Steele is being promoted to senior vice president of National Systems Group, replacing Manuel De Ponte upon his retirement on April 1, 2015.

Current general manager for Imagery Programs Division in National Systems Group Glenn Davis will take Steele’s place as vice president of Strategic Space Operations, effective November 1, 2014.

Why will these changes make "better value" for the customers. Does The A Corp. say that the recent occupants of these positions were not delivering enough value? Strange language for a nonprofit FFRDC. Good reporting.
