Haystax Technology has acquired NetCentrics in a move that bolsters its cybersecurity and network management capabilities.

Haystax Technology has acquired NetCentrics in a move that bolsters its cybersecurity and network management capabilities.

The acquisition will allow the companies to leverage a multi-billion dollar market opportunity, Haystax said in a release.

The companies will target cybersecurity, analytics, cloud computing, IT infrastructure modernization and secure mobility solutions, focusing on delivering next generation disruptive products and services, Haystax said.

NetCentrics will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Haystax, and the two companies together will have offices in Northern Virginia, Northern California, Raleigh, N.C., and Sierra Vista, Ariz.
