Alion wins $24M contract to provide training, simulation systems

Alion Science and Technology has won a $24 million contract to build training and simulation systems for the Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division.
Under the contract, Alion will design, build and maintain Live, Virtual, Constructive Modeling and Simulation (LVCMS) Anti-Submarine Warfare Virtual At-Sea Training (ASW VAST) and simulation systems.
Alion was the incumbent on this contract, the company said.
