Leidos has won two task orders worth a combined $180 million under the Army’s Rapid Prototyping and Technology Insertion (RPTI) support contract.

Leidos has won two task orders worth a combined $180 million under the Army’s Rapid Prototyping and Technology Insertion (RPTI) support contract.

Under the first task order, Leidos will support engineering and logistics efforts and provide science and technology insertion and material purchasing/inventory in support of the Army. Under the second, the company will provide installation kit and mobile platforms upgrade support, Leidos said in a release.

The task orders were awarded by the U.S. Army’s Communications-Electronics Research, Development and Engineering Center, which supports technical areas that leverage expertise in the radio/digital/electronic areas of IT, Leidos said.
