L-3 Communications Vertex Aerospace has won a $55.4 million option to support the TH-57 fleet.

L-3 Communications will provide logistics services for the TH-57 fleet, which provides advanced training to several hundred aviation students a year, but is also used for photo, chase and utility missions, according to NAVAIR.
The company will also support and maintain the fleet.
Work will be performed at Naval Air Station Whiting Filed, Milton, Fla., and is expected to be completed by May 2015.
