Abt Associates wins $5.7M contract to support OSHA analysis office

Abt Associates has won a $5.7 million contract to support the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
Under the contract, Abt will provide a range of regulatory, economic and industrial hygiene services to OSHA’s Office of Regulatory Analysis within the Directorate of Standards and Guidance over the next five years.
“We will be supporting OSHA’s Office of Regulatory Analysis in a number of ways, potentially including assessment of occupational safety and health risks, conducting technological feasibility analyses and evaluating costs, benefits, and economic impacts of proposed and final worker safety and health standards,” said Susan Day, principal associate and project director.
