Three win $32.6M contract to support Navy personnel pay effort

Three companies have won a $32.6 million contract to support the Navy’s Bureau of Naval Personnel-Navy Personnel and Pay Modernization effort.
The winners are:
Under the contract, the companies will provide program management support for strategic planning, change management, business process re-engineering for personnel and pay processes, business architecture development and support services, functional data management and governance support and functional data quality management, the Defense Department said in a release.
Work will be performed in Millington, Tenn., Washington, D.C., and New Orleans, La., and is expected to be completed by June 30, 2017.
Five bids were received for this contract.
